Body Wraps
For Centuries Body Wrapping has been used for their revitalizing effects on the skin. From ancient mineral springs to modern day seaweed wrap, these treatments help to detoxify the body and tonify the skin. All body wraps start with 15-25 minutes in the far infared sauna and steam shower room to prepare and warm the body. Please let us know if you are pregnant, then you may not be able to use the sauna.
Body Treatment Etiquette:
During your treatment you will always be draped accordingly, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. A robe and slippers are provided when you are having multiple services and during or after showering for scrubs and wraps.

Reflexology
An ancient tradition that uses the points on the bottom of the feet to sedate and tonify the corresponding organs of the body. There are 7200 nerve endings in the bottom of the feet that can relate to different organs and functions of those organs. Foot reflexology is based on specific point work and effleurage to break up uric acid and toxins that stagnate in the lower tissues. There are several methods of thought on Reflexology and it's application, some are very hard acupressure type treatments and some incorporate effleurage and flushing strokes. Each practitioner has their own unique style, but everyone will implement point work with massage.
